What We Believe

At Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ, our faith is centered on Jesus the Christ as being the one and only True and living God, (Ephesians 4:5).  

Our faith and belief is grounded in the Holy Word of God, (II Timothy 3:16). We believe that to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, we must be Born Again of both the Water and the Spirit, (St John 3:5).  This is achieved through responding to the preached Word of God, repenting of sins, being baptized in water, in the name of Jesus Christ and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the spirt give utterances (Acts 2:38).

We believe that we are called to live a life of holiness, sanctification and faith in God as we await His return for the Church. (Hebrews 12:14).
